Private Royal Tour (60 Minutes) All ages

Fully Private Albatross Tour

Wish to learn more about the magnificent Northern Royals in your own bubble? Book our 60 minute fully Private Albatross Tour with a dedicated expert albatross guide.

Suitable for groups of up to four people.

Private tour includes an introduction and short film by our guide, followed by a short walk up the hill for 30 minutes of viewing from our exclusive glassed observatory to view the nesting albatross and any other wildlife that may be in the area. Have the chance of seeing these majestic birds in flight and hear the fascinating life of a royal albatross at the world’s only mainland breeding colony whilst helping to support a private charitable conservation trust.

Please note: October is difficult to guarantee albatross sightings as chicks depart the headland in September and new season nests are built in late October. During October, we hope to see some new season adults either on the ground, in the air or both, but there is a small chance we may not see any.
